Overview

PURCHASE PROCESS

Once you have selected the products and made the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from sender hello@estudiocebu.com informing that your order is “processing”.
It will be ready for shipping within the next 24 to 72 hours.
Then, once the shipment has been made, you will receive another e-mail from the sender hello@estudiocebu.com informing that your order is now “completed”.
This e-mail contains a link in which we will attach your DHL tracking number, so that you can follow the shipment in real time.

SHIPPING ESTIMATE TIMES

Shipping is included in the price for which the buyer should not pay anything. In Estudio Cebu we are responsible of the CIF (cost-insurance- freight)

Worldwide free shipping deliver time:

America: 3-5 Business days
Europe: 5-7 Business days
Rest of the World: 7-10 Business days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Argentina may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@estudiocebu.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Item is to be shipped back to Argentina with a tracking number and DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) by DHL . Other returns will be not received by us, because of authorities’ regulations.
